    Default Length of Marriage Calculation

I have been married technically (not divorced yet) for 21 years, although we have been separated for 7 years. I have been supporting my wife for the past 7 years outside any court order until now because I want to finalized all this. She does not make more than 1000 a month, she is in college and I make around 80 to 90 k a year. Anyway, for alimonyicon purposes can I take off the seven years of separation, that is we have been married only 14 years?

It is not that simple. But the the separation will figure in somehow. The actual amount of years will not be relevant at this point. alimonyicon will probably be a given. The points to argue will be amount and length.
