    Default Where do I start

    There is no custody agreement at all. I want my kids half time. My wife barely lets me see them and then sometimes she calls while I have them and changes her mind about how long they can stay. HOW do I get in writing WHEN I can have my kids? I pay child supporticon although there is no court order. I wish there was.

    You must seek a court order that establishes parentingicon details. Because you said there is child supporticon, I assume this is a child not born of a marriage. If so, you must file a Paternity case. The end result will be a detailed parenting plan.
