    Default Mandatory Disclosure/Financial Affidavit

My ex has filed a third revised affidavit. In addition, it now has been 6 months for mandatory disclosure and all documents have not been provided. Ex's attorney has been dropped and I am now paying for the legal fees associated with his communication with my attorney. There has been discussion to compel although all this costs money. How can I get my ex to be responsible for the legal costs I have incurred to get the mandatory disclosure and a full disclosed financial affidavit required by law to come to an equitable settlement?

You must file a Motion to Compel and hold a hearing. The judgeicon may grant attorney fees.
