    Default At wits end!!!!!!

I'll make a long story as short as possible. I'm dealing with a divorce that has dragged on nearly 2 years. We were married for 17 years and have 4 children. The mother has attempted to alienate me from the children as much as possible. I get the typical wednesday night and every other weekend. I thought Florida was shared custody now? Unfortunately on advice of my attorney....we sought out a Custody Evaluator since the mother was looking to minimize my time with the children as much as possible and mediated agreement would never happen. The evualuator turned into more of a therapist for their mother, she on several occassions told the children that you need to believe what your mother tells etc....even had to involve law enforcement due to fact live in boyfriend assaulted 14 year old daughter but no charges pressed because it was not considered lewd and lascivious behavior. Do I just need to settle this and move on?

Sometimes that is a wise decision. But whatever you settle for will last a long time. Unfortunately, if you don't agree with the evaluator, you must bring in another expert.
