Question Residency requirement & timing question

I read on a page on this site that the judgeicon will use a driver's license as proof that the residency requirement has been met at the final judgment. I got my license in FL in preparation to move 2 months before I physically moved here. Can I use the date on my license to fulfill my residency requirement and file, or do I need to wait 6 months from being physically in the state?

Also, if the divorcing parties agree on all issues of support, visitation, etc, and have the custody papers and settlement agreement filled out before filing, about how long will it take from filing to final judgment?

Thank you so much for the wealth of info on this site!

The date on the license will do.

Depending on the court, and whether you use an attorney, the timing is anywhere between 1 month and 4 months.
