    Default financial affidavit - motion for contempt

    my ex was served about 4 months ago with a supplemental petition to modify custody and child supporticon... after 20 days she did not respond so i filed a motion for default.. she responded 4 days later.. than she failed to file financial affidavit after 45 days than i filed motion to compel....we went to mediation she was order to take financial affidavit to mediation...she once again failed.... we have court next month i filed a motion for contempt...what can i expect?what can i ask the judgeicon since she keeps ignoring the request that by law she has to comply..

    The judgeicon will order compliance. Because you do not have an attorney - the judge will not order attorney fees. The exact means the judge uses will be completely different for each judge.
