Are faxed documents accepted by the court?

My husband is in another state and we are working through the marital settlement agreement. Must we mail the original back and forth for signatures, or is it acceptable to the court if he faxes me his copy of the agreement with his signature and notarization on it?

The court needs one copy of the documents with the original signatures on it. So, yes, he has to mail the original back to you for your signature and filing.
