    Default Florida Residency and Divorce

My wife left back in November 2009 and went to reside with my daughter who is in the Army stationed in Korea. She has filed for divorce June 3rd 2010. In one of your earlier posting responses I noticed the same question of residency came up. My question is as follows:
My wife left the country, has been away for more than six months, and she is the petioner on the divorce papers. I have never left Florida. Does she still meet Florida residency guidlines and can file against me even when she is overseas?

Because YOU are a resident of Florida you can have a case filed against you in the county that you reside in. The residency requirement will be shown by taking your testimony or in your documents that are part of mandatory disclosure.
