    Default Florida Court Jurisdiction

My Spouse is outside the country and has filed for divorce in Florida, looks like she has no intention to come to Florida/USA, if the judgeicon makes a ruling in which she has to pay alimonyicon how can it be implemented?

The Florida court will not have "long arm jurisdiction" over your spouse if they are not in Florida. If your spouse does not have any bank accounts or assets in Florida then the court will not be able to put a lien on them. It would be wise to ask the court to order her to appear in person for any hearings.
