Now I'm paying all of the bills, questions

So for 2 weeks he gave me half of our bills, then he said his lawyer told him to pay our 1st mortgage and $200 a month for our child (i have him 5 days a week currently) now he says his lawyer didn't tell him that and he is only going to give me the $200. I am now paying the 1st, 2nd, and all of my and his credit cards to not ruin my credit. He takes home about $4,000, I take home about $2,300. I can't believe he is doing this to me. My temp. support hearing doesn't happen for a couple months. Will he get away with this? I can't figure out what his angle is. I'm so scared.

Unfortunately you will have to "beg or borrow" whatever is needed to keep things together. Your best bet is to hold on till the temp support hearing.
