    Default Modificatin of Child Custody

My divorce was finalized back in Nov. of 2008 and since I am listed a primary residential parent and do no live in orange county but my ex does I cannot enroll my children in Orange county schools. So I would like to do a new parentingicon plan that show shared custody and that the children spend equal amount of time with both parents and be able to use their dads address for education purposes. child supporticon does not need to be reviewed or modified. We are both in agreement. So whcih forms do I need to fill out and file with the court? 12.995a or 12.905a. Please help. I need to get this taken care of asap so that I can enroll my children in school.

If speed is your goal, an attorney may be best. You need to do a Joint Stipulation to Modify, and run it through the judgeicon for signature. Our attorney in Orlando (Cheri Hobbs) can do this quickly and at a relative low cost.

There is no stock form for this. Also, judges normally will not sign a mailed-in order from a non-attorney.
