Today it was mediation. No dice, everything she offered, he refused. Even the mediator alluded to his resemblance to a donkey.

Is there any way to end it using some other approach? Something she can file?

What if she just didn't show up anymore, fired her lawyer and ignored him?

There is no shortcut to the end other than agreeing to everything the other party wants. If there is anything at all not agreed upon the case must go to a trial or final hearing.

If she stopped showing up - the husband would get everything he wants. So that is not a good idea.
