Distribution of Assets
I am on the cusp of starting the divorce process and I would like to know about my home. I am the sole person on the loan but my wife signed the title. We have not refinaced so I should be the sole name still on the loan. If we do split will this be taken into consideration even though she is on the title and has made no payments on the house? Do I have a leg to stand on in taking the house outright? We have only owned the house for two years and we would at best break even if we sold the house. Thank you for your help.

If the house was purchased during the marriage: both the loan and the property are marital and subject to division.
