    Default confused

    So from what I have read in an earlier post, I can file for divorce even though I just moved back to Florida June 1, 2010 after being out of state since November 2008. My question is, is there a form to file if you do not have the funds to pay for the filing fee? If so, where would I get it from? Thank you.

    You can only file if you were a resident 6 months prior to filing. If you moved temporarily, with intent to return, that satisfies residency requirements.

    Most clerks of court have an application to make installment payments for filing fees.
