Default We live in Florida, I need to begin divorce proceedings from my husband...

Also, I will be moving back to Massachusetts with our minor child (almost 1 year old). Right now he is agreeable to this, and has agreed to child supporticon for our daughter and alimonyicon for me until I can get on my feet. What is a fair sum to expect to receive? I have not worked for the two years we have lived in Florida, and we have been Married 6 1/2 years. I would like to leave ASAP, but I am not sure if I am allowed to take her over state lines, without having gone to court. I just want to stop the daily sadness, so we can start our lives again. Due to some extremely poor choices made by my husband we have no money and will have to navigate the divorce courts without legal representation.
What do I do first? What court? (I live in Pinellas county) How do I make sure he pays the support, once I'm 1500 miles away? Please help!

Most people can afford an hour of legal consultation. You have so many issues, it will be devastating to make a mistake. I would not recommend arranging your entire life based on incorrect advice from friends, and two sentences from a discussion forum.

One hour is $275. That would be a wise investment.
