my last post was "do actions matter".

Problem is, he doesn't have him 50% of the time, he can't! He works from 7:30am until 8 or 9 pm monday thru friday. So he is giving us a lousy $200. Since he left us, I have had our son M - F, except the week he was on vacation. My question is, my husband wants our son 50% of the time (giving our son to his grandmother since my husband will be at work) just so he only has to pay a small amount of child support. Can this happen when I am HOME right down the road? Since he works 8am to 8 or 9 pm, will the courts split custody between me, my husband, and HIS MOTHER?? because that's how it would be.
