    Default Alimony Reduction at Retirement

    If one is paying alimonyicon and retires, the paychecks stop, and one is living on mostly retirement account money and an annunity, can he be forced to take money out of these accounts to pay alimony?

    Yes because the alimonyicon order remains enforceable until it is modified. But you do have grounds to modify the alimony. It is important you immediately file for modificationicon.
