    Default I have heard horror stories about the Judge assigned to my case.

    Is anyone familiar with **name of judgeicon deleted by admin** in Volusia County? I have heard he is a father's rights activist and he is very unfair to women. Now I am terrified. How do I even have a chance?

    Sorry, but we do not allow direct comments on judges.

    But I would strongly suggest you get a consult with an attorney in the vicinity of that court. Most attorneys get to know the individual judges and can comment on their preferences.
