Default Is there a way to get him to stop filing inflammatory language in the divorce documen

I am the petitoner and I filed pro se - he is also pro se and has been engaging in putting inflammatory and false statements in his answer, his counter petition and several frivilous motions as well

What can I do to get him to stop and also how do I show that he has lied on his Financial afiidavit and has perjured himself too many times to count?

    Thanks!

You cannot complete stop the problems. Some attorneys will file a Motion to Strike certain pleadings - for being inflammatory and scandalous. Since you are self represented I doubt you could pull it off. But you can always try.

The way you prove perjury on an affidavit is to present documents that show the truth.

    Default Thanks!

Do you think it would be a good idea to hire an attorney on a limited basis to help me file that Motion to Strike - or is it a coin toss even with an attorney filing the Motion on my behalf?

It is a coin toss. Some judges will consider it - others will not.
