    Default MARRIED 13yrs HUSBAND LEAVE ME n son FOR THE THIRD TIME

    hello my neighbors been married for 13yrs been with him 16yrs in early 30s ....and have a 5yr old son he leave her the 1st time for 1week never told her just got up packed something not everything and left then came back and then left again some mths later and for two weeks too more things this time never told her then came back and now did it again and this time took everything and told her .................now there name is on everything together he was the full time worker and she has a parttime night job ........most of her family lives up north so she had to quite the night time job due to him leaving now what can she do she is very upset and tired of this before he left she asked him whats up and he said something died im assuming love or whatever but now can she get child supporticon even if he and her are still married but he moved out and how long he has to be out for her to file also can she get state benefits for the time being until she can work it out or get him to still give her money or pay for food etc or gas for them since he just left her dry and hanging also ..........another detail she just was in a big car accident four mths ago with son ..................and he started doing this also she may have to have back sugrey and well he wont even take off to help her so what can do can u helpppppppp me help my friend thanks

    assuming your friend is in florida, as long as she has been a resident of the state of florida for the last 6 months, she can file for divorce. Upon filing for divorce, depending on the county where she lives, will depend on if she can get temporary relief prior to mediation.
