    Default Mediation and telephonic appearance

My wife filed for Divorce. She is asking for temporary alimonyicon (no kids involved) I have completed my financial statement but she hasnt and its been over 75 days since her filing. She also wants to appear telephonically for the alimony hearing and telephonically for a mediation conference. Am I wrong here or does it seem that I have a right to meet her face to face. She hasnt even met her lawyer in person but hired her over the phone. Its not because she is accusing me of abuse or something it' seems it is more of an inconvienece to her, but yet she filed. Comments?

Depends on the judgeicon and the exact facts in your situation. I would say that few judges would let her appear telephonically for both proceedings.
