    Default Can he kick me out

    We're an unmarried couple for 28 yrs with 2 kids..the house is in his name..if I want to end the relationship and stay in the house for the kids sake..can he still kick me out?

    He may be able to "evict you." But that must be done through the courts. There may be some unique legal defenses available - but that will require a bit of creative thinking.
