    Default motion for expedited hearing

    I file a petition to change custody since 2/1010. we had court on june 7 but only for visitations. don't know why.my children are being abused by their mother and boyfriend. how can I expedite the custody hearing??

    If there is physical or sexual abuse going on you can contact Department of Children and Families or file for a Domestic Violence Injunction OBO (on behalf of) the children. You can file a notice for trial if you are ready to proceed with Trial under the petition you filed.
