    Default Emotional Abuse by Husband

How does the court deal with emotional abuse? A mother is emotional abused by her husband who is controlling and tried to sabotage the mother's relationship with her 13 year old daughter. He put the mother down in front of her child and used the child to control the mother. The child has no respect for the mother because of the father. How can the law detect the emotional abused mother in this case, because she can lose the custody of her child due to the child being brainwashed and not understanding what her Dad has been doing to her Mom

The only way that can come into court is through a custody evaluator - a type of professional that examines family relationships and reports to the court.

If no one can afford to bring in a custody evaluator chances are the child's viewpoint will not reach the judgeicon.
