Picking up child from school

My ex has visitation every Thursday night and every other weekend from Thursday until Monday. We share parental responsibility, but I am the primary residential parent. Can dad have whoever he wants pick the child up from school on his visitation days? Shouldn't I be the first option to pick up the child if dad can't make it on time? My child just started kindergarten.

It depends on what your court order says. If you have a problem with who is picking up your child you can file a Motion to Amend the Order (temporary or final?) or do a Motion for Clarification as to who can pick up the child. It depends on whether this is a Final Order or a temporary one while you proceed with your case.
