    Default Next hearing at court

    Hello,

Hope you are enjoying the weekend. Here's my question: if my husband quit and resign the services of his attorney, he is in Iraq and no one represent him at court in the final hearing, do you know what is the process or the judgeicon decision? This is for divorce. There's one child between us. Also, we went to a mediation and he is not agree with my requirement. My child is only 2years old, I know we have same rights, but he is a stranger for her and I don't want him to take the baby out of the state. I asked him to visit her so they can establish a relationship father-daughter, stay with her the whole day and return home. Not overnight with him. He moved on already and I don't know the other person. I can't trust in a person that cheat and lie. I want our baby to be save at our house. Would you please help? Thank you so much.

If he is no longer represented by an attorney then you will proceed to Final Hearing/Trial with him (likely he will request to appear by phone). You can argue to the court that you want to have majority time sharing and have a reunification process for him to become acquainted with your child.
