    Default New Children Affect Child Support Payments?

    I had a child out of wedlock and soon afterwards married another woman. We have a new baby and another due in 3 months. The mother of the first baby (who is currently unemployed) wants to seek child supporticon orders against me (I pay anyway through a court order from another state). Do my children that I have with my wife get calculated into the criteria for determining child support for the first child?

    No - not unless there is a court order requiring support for the new children.
