Hi my question is it okay in the state of fl to keep one your children back from visiting the other parent on their visitation holiday? I have four children they live their father and he has done this to me cause he knows he hurts me when he does it. I have 3 girls and one boy. It is always my son that he does it with. Can get into trouble for it?

If there is a court order that specifies parenting time, the other parent can be held in contempt of court for not complying with the order.

But you must be the one that brings the issue to court. There is no automatic enforcement proceeding.
