I got married to my husband in 1999 we divorced in 2002 gor back together in 2003 but never remarried. We moved back in together in 2003 had a child together in 2005 I became a stay at home mom in 2007. He has now decided that he is in love with someone else and wants me and my 5 year old to go. He makes 115k a year plus bonuses and I havent worked since 2007 because we decided together for me to be a stay at home mother. He has claimed me as his wife on taxes since 2003 on his insurance our family thought were were remarried and he has claimed us as married and me and my son as dependants since i became a stay at home mom. He is offering me 15k one time and 1k a month support. We live in tampa florida. Should I take this deal or should I fight him for more?
