Supervised Visitation

Will a General Magistrate recommend Supervised Visitations be ordered if there is a history of Domestic Violence towards the Mother and also physical and emotional abuse towards the child? I dont want to keep him from having visitation, but I want to make sure our child is safe.

There would have to be imminent danger to the child. And you will have to prove that fact. Judges are reluctant to ever order supervised visitation.
