Parental Plans and Child Support

Hello. OK, so my fiance decided to move out on 3-20-10 of this year. She moved back in with her parents and she makes just a bit more than I do. We are attempting to work on putting together a parental plan to share custody of my almost 3 year old daughter. I would like to share all expenses 50/50 and we're trying to share time 50/50 as well. I'm going to move closer to where my daughter goes to school to help out more and save on some expenses. Here's my question(s):

-What can I be expected to pay in back child support (I've paid none as I can barely afford everything at the moment)?

-With the parenting plan, how do we handle disagreements (lawyer, third party)?

-Finally, will I be able to file this plan with the court myself?

Thanks for your time and I'm glad I found this site. I will be reading over thoroughly, but I couldn't quite find what I was looking for so I hope you don't mind me asking.

The two of you can agree on whatever number for arrears that you desire.

By going back to court.

You can always serve as your own attorney - so the answer is yes.
