    Question please help - dna

i went out with this person a few times, had unprotected sex and she became pregnant but i was doubtful because she had a lot of male friends, but she kept saying that the baby is was mine but never wanted to get a DNA. the baby was born in 94, and in 98 she took me to child supporticon, i requested a DNA but she drop the case and the person handeling the case at the time said that i wasnt in the birth certificate and that i was the 3rd person that she took to child support. and for all these years i havent heard from her up until now but now it went to court. i filled my financial papers telling them that the shop where i was working had closed down and again requested a DNA but i was egnored. i live in tampa and the case is in dade county, the court said that because i didnt show up in court that automaticly makes me the father. if the child is mine i have no problem paying but what can i do now that the court is ORDERING me to pay but there is no Paternity establish?

what can i do if my case already went to court and was ORDER to pay child support. I dont have a job and there telling me to pay 234 a week, i dont know how they came up with that. And i requested a DNA but it wasnt giving to me. I was just told that because i didnt show up to court that it makes me the father automaticly. i was never served to go to court. what can i do?? thank u in advance

You need an attorney to unwind this mess. If you were never served the situation should be fixable. Sorry, but there is no quick, magic shortcut available.
