    Default Custody issue - visitation

Hello, hope you can HELP... My boyfriend has 3 kids and his ex-wife is giving him a hard time for visitation. He currently lives in California and his kids live in Florida. He is in the military and has no way to be near his children. His Ex-wife has been giving him a hard time to talk to his kids. They got divorced over 3 years and he doesn't know what rights he has as far as to getting at least more than 1 phone call a month. He pays child supporticon and is fed up with her not letting him speak to them. What rights does he have as far as to speaking to his children? Hope you can please help. Thank you

Everything depends on the contents of the final judgment. But in general, he has the right to speak with them, and arrange contact with them. These rights must be enforces in a Florida court - same court where the divorce was finalized.
