    Default Parenting Plan

I have been taking care of my child in Florida for 13 years now. My childs father lives in Tennessee and has seen my child every summer for 13 years, except this last summer due to her not wanting to go to see him. He pays child supporticon and i submitted a modificationicon of support for an increase in the amount. There was a hearing yesterday, and due to him living in another state, he hired an attorney on that day. The judgeicon granted a continuance due to the attorney not knowing anything about the case. His attorney stated that he was there primarily for the parentingicon plan. My question is: Should I hire an attorney now? The entire reason why i am asking for more support from him is that i cant afford my bills and i am staying with a friend right now due to me being evicted out of my house, and how likely is it that he will be granted more time with my daughter due to her being in school?

It is very likely more parentingicon time will be granted. If that is highly important to you, yes - you should hire an attorney.
