    Default Alimony

I am filing for divorce from my spouse of 26 years. We are both 58 years old and live in FL. I have always worked and for the past 10 years have made an average of 25000 per year. My exhusband had a business the first 10 years we were married but after that has refused to work steadily. He has had odd jobs each week and probably brought in around 8k last year. He is perfectly healthy and able to work. He wants both properties(probably valued at 125k) and and wants to give me the debt(17k) as well as "let" me keep my IRA valued at 66k. He is currently living in our paid for residence and I am not. He also wants alimonyicon. Is it likely that the courts will grant him alimony and the house?

Not enough info here for a definite opinion on that. But I would guess his claim for alimonyicon will be weak.
