Default asking a judge to sanction an attorney for filing false motions?

I have a hearing Oct 11 to take full custody back of my son. His father obtained "temporary custody" while I was incarcerated for 35 days, stating that he was unaware of the whereabouts of the minor child, which is untrue. This will be my 3rd attempt as the other 2 have been dismissed without being heard.
I am answering ALL of the "motion for contempt" documents that have accumulated over the past 6 years (there are 13) before the Oct 11th hearing. Because ALL of these charges are false (I have proof) should I ask the judgeicon to hold this attorney accountable for his constant harassment and filing false reports?

You can ask for fees against your ex. But asking for sanctions against an attorney is a more complex matter.

Yes, you can ask to be compensated for defending against frivolous motions.
