Reimbursement of Child Support
Never married, a 26 year old man has fought, without a lawyer, child support
for paternity tests for 2 years and finally winning paternity testing on the child the results showed that he was not the father. Procedures for acquiring child support from him was not followed correctly by child support. Can you give some direction on how to get reimbursed for the money and if there is a way to sue for the stress that this wrong case of paternity caused?

I am not aware of a way to do that. But then again, I am a family law attorney and am not in the business of suing governments.
