You can file a Supplemental Petition to Modify Time sharing and child support. You will need to argue that there has been a substantial change in circumstance and that this new plan you are proposing is in the child's best interest.
My ex-husband & i have been divorce almost 4 yrs. We have a mediation agreement as we have a 5 year old son. We have recently made a verbal change in the time sharing plan we had as our son is now in vpk. We agreed to a week-week sharing time with me paying for my week & him his. He lost his job so i volunterily took hom off child support
thinking that money would go to our sons schooling. He hasnt paid for the before & after for his week. Do i have a valid case in taking him to court to re establish a new agreement. The one im thinking i know he wont agree to.

Thank you for your advice. I believe i will do that. I just found out he hasnt been to vpk all week necause his father couldnt pay the fee. But he was able to pay the amount to keep him registered.
