    Default Income?

Hi thankyou in advance I have 2 questions I have been seperated for 2 months 2 children 18 year marriage. First I have been paying child supporticon without an order since I moved out based on last years taxes and child support worksheet my wife made approx 40% more than me our entire marriage she has recently "bragged" to her friends she has been able to get half of her paycheck under the table since she works for her sister so that I will have to owe her more money when the divorce is final and pay back child support do i have any way to avoid this and should I start giving her more money to avoid this.

Second my wife's father is a invalid lives in our home and his social security is automaticly deposited into her bank account we have traditionaly used this money to pay the mortgage for the last 15 years it amounts to approx 36,000 per year is this money considered part of her income since she is the only one who makes withdrawls from the bank account?

Well, hopefully she is depositing some of the money in a bank account. If there are regular deposits in her account it will show that she is making more money. If not, it is difficult to prove extra income. However, a forensic accountant may be able to show the money trail? As for her father? Is he going to be living with her in the home? If so, it could be shown as rental income.
