Still Married

I was married in Las Vegas Nevada 20 years ago. I remained married for 5 months. I never filed for a divorse and want to now. I dont know where my husband is. No children are involved. How do I go about getting a divorse. Please help.

Your divorce will be relatively simple but you must go through some additional steps if you cannot find him.

You must do something called "service by publication." That involves placing a legal classified add for four weeks.
