    Default Divorce and Bank Accounts

My wife recently paid the retainer to a divorce attorney out of my checking account. Is this legal? She is on the account but has never contributed funds to it. She basically drained my entire account.

Would your husband be allowed to remove you from all accounts knowing he is her only means of support (once she has retained the attorney)?

Yes. But just because a spouse has the ability to do something, does not mean it is a good idea for their case.
