    Default wife served unsigned papers

    My wife has just hand served me with papers she is going to file the petition for dissolution they are not signed or dated, do they have to be and when will the 20 days to respond start

    A process server is needed. It sounds like the service is invalid. But you should keep an eye whether she filed an actual case yet. Most clerks of court have a free online records lookup.
