Hello we just moved here at the end of July My husband is Military and is at a school in Virginia so he has not lived here. We dont have any papers filled anywhere. I want to move back to California. Can I do that without his consent. We have better support and I have a job waiting for me there. My son has special needs and the school there is better to accomadate his needs and my daughter is having a hard time adjusting to school. Thank you for any advice
