    Default decree vilation

I am a support paying parent, my ex is to have medical dental on the kids according to the decree, my ex does not have it. I cover the kids so that they will be dual covered. My ex and I are to split medical bills 50/50, but if my ex is not covering them how do we know what the real cost is, and what can I do to make my ex hold up thier end of the decree?

You must file a Motion for Contempt under your old case number. Then, you need to call the judges office to schedule a hearing on the motion.
