Child support/non custodial has skip town

Im a single dad with two minor. My ex wife was court order to pay child support, and has documented she will never pay any child support. She hasnt for the past seven months. She hasnt shown up on her assigned days for the kids for the past two months. I submitted a petition to modify the current parenting plan and child support. The sheriffs were unable to serve her. Her address documented with the court is not valid. I do not know where she is or how to get in contact with her. Her licences were suspended for non payment of child support.
What steps can i take in getting the parenting plan change and modifying the child support.

This is something you should bring into an attorney and discuss the options. You are not at a dead end and there are several alternatives to discuss.

You can still enforce the support and mail the motion for contempt to the last known address.

Thank you for your feed back. Unfortunately I do not have the financial means to retain an attorney. I have tried calling the Bar Association, Legal Aid Services(i do not qualify, I'm not a US citizen). I have approached different agencies with no luck.
