    Default How is Child support determined when ...?

    My ex-wife and I have 3 children together. I have custody of our son. She has custody of our twin girls. I reside in Illinois. She resides in Florida. I have our twins during Spring Break, 3 weeks during the summer, every other Thanksgiving week, and 1 week over Christmas. She has our son during Spring Break, 3 weeks during the summer, every other Thanksgiving week, and 1 week over Christmas. How is child supporticon caluclated for what I should be paying her for our twins?

    That will be a "split custody" calculation and is a bit more complicated. Our online Calculatoricon will not work for that situation, and I have not seen any other online calculator that will.

    You will need to hire an attorney to do some calculations and to give some advice. Split custody is subject to argument and there are several possible calculation methods. We can provide that service.
