    Question Taking our daughter before or while I'm picking up at school...

    This may never happened but I would like to know the answer to apply on situations like below and without any parentingicon plan.
    What can I do If I am picking up my daughter and my Ex appear at the school and want to take her (our daughter) with him? Can he take our daughter by force (since she will be with me at that time)? Can he touch our daughter while I hold her with my hands?

    Yes but that may be considered Battery and cause his arrest.
