My son just turn 18 and is still in High School. My ex and I never went to court for child supportbut did meet with a mediator and a aggreement was drawn up. At first, my daughter lived with me and my son lived with my ex and no support was paid. When my daughter turned 18, I started to pay child support. I also have maintaned Medical and Dental insurance for all my children. Now that my son is 18; Am I required by law to contunue support payments?
