husband that wants to move back in

I have been married to this guy for 16 yrs and he all of a sudden says to me that I dont love you anymore and I never loved you he put in writting that everything in the house is yours you can keep everything in this house. Then yesterday he goes over to the house and talks to my son and tells my son that he has a smart mouth and I should punch you right in his face and then he tells me that he thinks that I dont take care of the kids I let them do whatever they want. So I was wondering is there something I can do to pervent him from moving back to the house?

You cannot prevent him from moving back in. You can try to change the locks if you want - but he has the right to change them back.

The best thing to do is to get your divorce moving forward. That will eventually result in you being able to keep him out.
