Default Daughter turned 18 and is in college now, yet I still have to pay support

My daughter just turned 18 on 10/20/2010. She is in an advanced early college program in FL and has been in the community college for over a year through this program at her high school. She has completed all high school requirements and will graduate officially with her high school diploma and two year AA degree. I know my divorce papers quote the FL statute that says reasonable expectation to graduate from high school before they are 19. Got it. Point I have is she could leave college now and get her diploma right away as she has completed all credits. My ex has had the order amended to ensure I still pay until 6/2011. Can I get this changed as she is not in high school technically anymore?

    Thanks much

I am curious what is exactly in that amended order.

Sounds like an argument in both directions - that he has already concluded high school vs the graduation date has not happened yet.

Sorry, no definite answer here. This will be up to a judgeicon.
